Complaint Details
I have purchased a RO water purification system make of Eureka Forbes Limited from its Divisional Sales office Allahabad on 3.8.2009. After one year I entered in to contract with complainee for comprehensive service contract of my R.O. system on 4.9.2010 for a period of one year till 1.8.2011 through contract receipt no. 45 20378321 after making payment of Rs. 3560/- through their UTHORISED SERVICE CENTRE"APURVA FORBES CARE, 98/6-a, Dharmveer Marg Sulem Srai, Allahabad.I got a measure problem in RO machine. The machine has completly been failed to provide purified water for the last three days and inspite of complaint made to authorised service centre and repeated request made therefor, till the date they have not made any effort to cure the defect and I have been compelled to purchase purified water from market. Please record my complaint and do the needful.
