I was sent a offer of 0% introductory for 12 months purchase and funds transfer offer. I didn't receive that offer and am being charged 18.99%. When I got the first bill I called and talked with Debbie on October 8, 2010. She told me she needed to talk with her manager and took my number and was supposed to call back. She never called back. I again called again in November and after talking to her supervisor was told to send a copy of the offer and they would refund me the interest charged and the 0% offer would then be until the end of the 12 months originally offered. I received a letter dated Dec. 17, 2010 saying that I failed to enter a code and that they were unable to changed my enrollment offer as my account had been open longer than 30 days. I contacted them within the 30 days by phone...was not called back as promised. I did not see a place to enter a code number when I signed up for this offer. All of the rest of what was promised has been applied to the account I have now. I got the $10 gift card for Ace Hardware, 5% in rewards for every 1$ spent there, 2% for gas and groceries, $25 reward for every 12,500 points and no annual fee. I would like the offer that was originally sent to me.
