Complaint Details
Please understand that i have been with eureka forbes for over one and a half decades now.This is for the first time that i am doing somthing like this.I have been a very satisfied consumer until i got involved with The following persons Govind (Hol)/Suresh (Service head)/ M.Prashant (Sales Executive) And one Sarvanan who is the main Problem Creator. Please be informed that I have been Mentally Tourted after buying your new Hi Flow Product thru your sales Rep Prashant(Reciept No. 017877).He did his Part. No Complaits.Came your instalation team who I should I say was the worst.They have till date not completed the instalation as its over 13 days we have bought the product from you.Sarvanan claimed some part had to be installed and took a sum of Rs.1000/= from me on the 15th of Jan and since then has been avoiding my calls and has not completed his job.When contacted your Hol Govind has been very un professional in speaking to me as i must admit that i too as a consumer felt cheated and did tell him that i was going to make a complain to the higher heads if my installation was not completed as soon as possible.I was shocked when he said please Go ahead and do the Honours and make the complain as he was not responsible for the execution.He reffered one mister Suresh (9677043431) who he clamied is the service head.On contatcting him he too was not very convencing to speak to.In short Me as a consumer am really very hurt for the unprofessionalism of your Team. I request you to please intervene and sort out my issue and please ensure I get a reciept for the rs.1000/- given to your Staff member Sarvanan.Please take this as a personal request as I have 300 people who drink water thru your product everyday.
