Complaint Details
My address is Shiborambati, Balarambati, Singur, Hooghly WB-712409. Above location the network coverage of MTS is very poor. I contacted again and again at Customer care and appellate authority, they known me that the location is 2-3 km far from their TOWER, so no improvement possible. All time when I call, call fails and call lost. I cant make calls and unable to get incoming calls.
