I bought MicroMax CANVAS DUET – II @ 13TH FEB 2014, Said Mobile started giving trouble since its purchase, took to MicroMax Centre Begum Pur Malviya Nagar, they could not resolve the issue, after 10 days of its purchase It’s totally Dead, took the Mobile to the same service centre, to get a New Phone as replacement, but to my utter disgust & shock company is refusing to do so.
Tried calling call centre but problems remain unsolved so plz Never Buy any MicroMax product it’s my ordeal experience.
It’s a most frustrating Experience with MicroMax I suggest my fellow Brother’s and sister’s not to go in for Micro Max Mobiles Phone may be u also have to experience the same Ordeal.
