Complaint Details
We have purchased acquard gold nova 2 years back. From past one month water is leaking. we have lodged a complaint, a young service man repaired, but it did not repaired properly. We again lodged a complaint, it some how repaired, after 2-3 days it again started leaking. If we stop the water, it dint stops, it keeps on going. We are again complaining from past 15 days. No technician is turning out. Everyday we are ringing up 2-3 times. Their answer is we will send today without fail. we are fed up with this. we have 2 years servicing contract. If you dont attend our complaint, you please take back our acquaguard gold nova. we dont want your product. We want senior technician to attend the complaint. Till today no body turned up. Morning also We rang up to the service section. They told us to send the technician today or tomorrow. Lets see what will happen. If it is not attended we will go to consumer court without fail.
