M.Magesh from chennai. I have ordered Enhance Ro on 29th March 14 to your Sales Rep : C.Lokesh. Id no:9034816 paid Rs. 14990/- through HDFC credit card. Now I have canceled my Order. And I have also returned the courier which I have received on 31st March 14.
when i asked for Refund of my money Rs.14990/- they are delaying pay back me. I want my money back.
And I also spoke to your customer care about cancelling my order she gave me a complaint number to : 89388350.
Details : Ack No :988658 Sales Rep Name : C.Lokesh Id no: 9034816 Amount Paid :Rs.14990/-.Please reply me when I will get the cheque.
Please take an action over this mail. And help for my refund.
