Sub: Customer Grievance

This is Vishnu Kumar from Porur, Chennai. I regret to inform that we have had a very experience with “Digital vision, Sony authorized service centre, #44 Veerappa Nagar, 2nd Street (Behind Mega mart), Aluuarthirunagar, Chennai – 600087. We had an issue with the TV model no: KLV-32T400A, the display of TV LCD panel was damaged and the service center technician told us that they will take the TV for their further trouble shooting and promised us to return by 2 days. After this there was no response or any intimation from the center as to when the TV will be returned. Even after repeated follow up I still haven’t received any appropriate response on when they will return our TV. In the due course of follow up we have been giving the history to several people within the same center but there is no resolution at all.

As customer it is not my duty to follow up or keep giving history to different people and get no resolution at all.
Customer is the best brand ambassador which is not well understood by the center people. I strong will recommend to all my relatives and friends not to buy any sony products now on.

I'd like you to intervene in this matter immediately and take required action against both Digital Vision and Sony India Ltd for failing for resolving this ongoing issue in an prompt manner.

I've also filed a complaint against Digital vision with Sony India Ltd thru request no:018428636 couple of days back for delivering back my TV but so far my concern is left unheard.

Also.I'd like to state that Digital Vision people already took Rs.300 from me for mobility charges.Even after paying it and passing so many months without fixing the problem,now they are claiming me to pay additional Rs.300 more extra for delivering it.

After conveying them several times thru phone that I am not in position pay even extra penny out from my pocket hereafter where I already paid Rs.300 to them for mobility charges.Now again they are claiming me to show the evidence for paying that so which they haven't produced any such bills to me at the time they had took my TV from my house for fixing the problem.
