Complaint Details
I have booked a consignment for shipping my household goods from bangalore to visakhapatnam on 28thMar'14. I was charged Rs 22,630 (cash) for rendering services which include packing,loading,transport and unloading. But after multiple followups, the vehicle has arrived on 7thApr'14 (to visakhapatnam) but no unloading was done and i was asked to take care of myself. This is a service contract breakage in first place and i had to deal with getting my articles from the vehicle at 11pm in the night.
