Complaint Details
We bought a Samsung fridge Samsung Ref: RT 41 MA 400 (RT 41 MCMT as written on fridge), initially it was working fine but then later it stopped cooling. We have complained 5 (FIVE) times in a time span of 1 year for the same, the service centre executive comes, makes a useless bill and goes back. The problem still prevails and they are not helping at all. Complaint number: 8420014959, dated: 12/7/2013, 02/11/2013, 15/12/2013, 07/1/2014, 07/04/2014. After spending around Rs. 3000 on useless services and 1 year of harassment and mental pressure the fridge does not work well and there is no one to help for the same, the technical team from samsung say they can't help us. All they do is sympathise that we got a defective fridge even after paying full price. We requested for a change in compressor but they didn't change it as it was in warranty and it would have costed the company. This was never expected from a multinational brand like Samsung, this leaves customer with a very unpleasant and sour feeling for the brand.
