Complaint Details
I purchased three ACs, one window and one split, of Hitachi make in April'12 and one window AC in June'13. Now one window AC is under warranty and and one window AC is under AMC.
On 15th Feb, I received a call for AC service, but As I was out of station, I asked him to come on 18th Feb. But till now no body has come for service.
Yesterday, I tried to register a request for service, on their customer care numbers, 079-3532-4848 and 079-30414747. A recorded voice welcomed me and asked to press 1, after I pressed 1, I was put on hold for one hour at 14:40 hrs. I made few attempts but could not succeed in registering the service request.
Then I tried to register on web, I got this message on web "complaint saved successfully', but there was no confirmation on email or mobile. and there is no action also.
I have also sent my complaint by email, but no acknowledgement has yet been received.
my complaint has tow component
1. they have not provided service when they ought to have.
2. they are not accessible through customer care numbers, web or otherwise.
kindly take the issue up on by behalf with the company.
