Complaint Details
I had parked my bike inside a building compound near Thane station. The area inside the compound is not government property and the traffic towing van is not liable to lift bike from there.
Now even if they did, when I went to the station to relieve my bike, I found that my auto start button has been broken and found two big scratches on the tank surface just because they manhandled my bike whole lifting it up.

This is outrageous and completely unjustifiable.
I hope some action is taken against such practices immediately.
