IT IS A FRAUD CALL CENTRE,.......


Hindustan Holiday….
I HAVE NOT RECEIVED Holiday package FROM THEM.
we had book 2 travel packages from HINDUSTAN HOLIDAY of Rs.30000/- for anywhere
in India and also had send my booking well in advance in March 2014. the payment was made to following

I It is specifically mentioned in your brochure that
after receiving our booking you executive will call us and confirm the booking. But nobody even bothers to call us instead we have to
keep on calling and the lines are continuously engaged. I have also sent so
many emails but only an automated reply comes and that is over there. Nobody
bothers to reply it or neither does any of your executive calls us back. It is
nearly 15 days now. i am everyday calling their customer service but everyday
they say within 24 hours you will get your refund back in your account. but till date no amount
has been refunded back to me. I am very helpless as i had purchased this
package for other organization. kindly look into the issue .It HINDUSTAN HOLIDAY is a fraud company and
cheats people all over India to take their packages. as after they receive the money not a single call is
received from their side. Please look into the matter seriously and take serious
action against them so that other people do not suffer the same problem as I
have suffered and help me at the earliest to get my refund back.
