sir/madam,
With due regard it is stated that I ordered a suit material for my wife on occasion of NEW YEAR Gift from Yebhi.com on 17.11.2013 for Rs 2899/- payment made via online banking. Although the dress material was shown available on web site but after a lapse of 20 days the order shown cancelled & money refunded to wallet. I again placed order from the wallet for other dress material but in the same way it was cancelled again. Then i mailed to them to refund me the amount but it was refused by them saying that it is their company's policy that amount shall not be refunded back.
Third time I placed order for Rs 4199/- & in the same way it again happened. The order is cancelled.My money still lies with them.

I had faced an embarrassing situation at home also as I could not made available a new Year gift, dress material for my wife. I am fed up from the way order being cancelled by yebhi.com thrice consecutively after lapse of many days. IT SEEMS TO BE CLEAR CUT CHEATING. MY MONEY IS BLOCKED AND MOREOVER I FELT EMBARRASSED AND HARASSED BY THE COMPANY.
I WANT MY MONEY BACK FROM THE COMPANY ALONG WITH INTEREST & COMPENSATORY AMOUNT EQUIVALENT TO AMOUNT PAID BY ME. I DONT WANT TO GET INTO TRAP FURTHER OF PLACING ORDER FOR 4TH TIME.
