Hi,
I have a RO model water filter which is 1.5 year old. I have taken an AMC after completion of one year but not even a single visit is made by your engineers. I have registerd complaints four times with your help line but to no avail. As a last resort I tried to speak to one of your managers by name Kannan who never bothered to attend the call. I would request you to please do the needful in this regard. Also I would like to inform you that with this kind of below standard service delivery and not able to get response from managers like Kannan is going to very badly affect your organisation in the future. I am very sorry to say that I really feel cheated by your organisation.
