WE HAVE AMC WITH EUREKA FORBES FOR MY WATER PURIFIER ACQUAGUARD COMPACT MODEL. THE CUSTOMER CODE 1004009465.THE UNIT WAS SERVICED ON 22ND OF DECEMBER.CARBON FILTER WAS CHANGED BUT CARTRIDGE WHICH WAS ALSO SCHEDULED TO BE CHANGED AFTER 6 MONTHS WAS KEPT PENDING AS THE STOCK WAS NOT AVAILABLE AS PER THE SERVICE PERSON. I CALLED NO. OF TIMES ON 0250403081(LOCAL OFFICE) BUT EVERY TIME REPLY WAS THAT THE FILTER CARTRIGE WAS NOT AVAILABE. I MADE A COMPLAINT ON COMPANY'S HELPLINE NO 39883333 ON 19TH OF JAN AND THE COMPLAIN NO WAS 60870389. AGAIN NO ONE TURNED UP I CONTACTED THE SAME HELPLINE NO ON 24TH AND WAS TOLD THE PERSON WILL BE VISITING THE NEXT DAY. BUT TILL TODAY 27TH NO ONE EVEN HAS MADE A CALL. HOW THE COMPANY COMPROMISES WITH THE HEALTH OF THE CONSUMER AND IGNORE THE COMPLAINTS.
