Complaint Details
I have purchased Eureka Aqua guard Infinity model for my residence. This model was suggested by the salesman of the Eureka company and he was well aware that i am staying on the top floor of my building after knowing all this thing than also he has suggested me to purchase Infinity model only and i agree to that and i got made the payment and they delivered me the product. When the eureka company person come to install the product that time he is telling me to buy motor pump than only it will work otherwise it will not work after i purchased that also than also it was not working after they told me to take more power motor pump than i purchased that also but their was not any reply and service person came for installation of the motor pump it than i started calling him please come for the service they only committing me that service person will come today, tomorrow but none of the person is coming than i have called Mr. Bhagwan for the said matter he has done the commitment but than i have not received any service person on my door and when now i am calling him he telling to his executive that i am not their in the office will call you later. without the aqua guard my father got ill by water bond diseases and was admitted to the hospital that because of M/s Eureka. The warranty will expire in the month of march only till now i have not used my aquaguard more than 30 days. so i expect the a satisfy result from you so please help me in this matter. My latest complain number is 60927378.
