Complaint Details
I have a service contract with Eureka Forbes, by which they have to provide service every six months starting from 23/07/08 to 22/07/2011. the contract number is:15694819. But the problem is so far they have not come on their own on a single occasion on time. Every time I had to call them and pursue them repeatedly to come to my house for providing the service. Every time they made the excuse that the address provided is not correct and house is locked. So this time I have decided not to call them and see if at all they bother to come to my place to provide service.
They should have come on jan-23, but neither did they come nor called me so far, and its almost a week passed on. So please let me know what is the course of action for me in this case.
