Dear Sir,
The reverse osmotic filter of aquaguard was sent to the above mentioned agent one week back and the workers have not bothered to check up what the problem was with the filter till lately.Despite repeatedly enquiring the work progress through the above mentioned telephone numbers ,they couldnt give the reason for the comnplaint.instead they claimed ,electricity supply was not functional properly for the past 2 days and the mechanic coulnt open the filter assembly.The filter is within the warranty period.date of purchase-19.1.2010.Last repair was done on 2.11.2010.Bill ICR No 3708.Present Complaint No is 22 dt 17.1.2011.
