I took 3 years' service contract with eureka forbes for acquaguard purifier and paid Rs.2800/- on 02/08/2008. The serial no. of the receipt is 15768240. I was promised to have my purifier for 3 years' maintenance and servicing. But, till date only once, an executive of the Eureka Forbes visited us and provided the service. After that, I have been calling for last two years to the customer care, but no one came to visit my place and service the acquaguard purifier. As per service contract, the carbon cartridge has to be changed yearly and iron purifier has to be changed half- yearly. But , it has not been done yet. So, please take necessary action for the change of cartridge and service.
