Complaint Details
I purchased a Eureka Forbes vaccum cleaner from big bazaar on 26th Jan 2011. At the time of selling sales person told that please don't open the packet till a person for demo is not coming, and he ensured that the person for demo will come on 27th Jan. But after making several requests nobody has come till now. the help line number mentioned on Eureka Forbes website does not work properly. So what should I do now. I am sincearly requesting to send some body for demo or else please to take back the vaccum cleaner and refund my money.
