Complaint Details
Ipurchaed a vaccum cleaner model Forbes trendy steel at M/s Saravana stores, T.NAGER, CHENNAI on 06.01.2011 to perform house cleaning perior to Pongal. The M/s Saravana store promised that service center will come to your house for giving demo with in two days. No body has come to my house for one week. I contacted the customer response center(Miss. Malini & Mr. Saravanan) for demo. They also commited to send service person for demo. Till date no body has responded. Ihave good openion on Eureka products. now days service is very poor. I knew four years back the Eureka represetatives how frequently knocked my door for selling your products. But now service became poor. Kindly take necessary steps to improve the service. Service persons are regularly comming to our township( Dept. of Atomic Energy Township). Tnank you.
