Complaint Details
I bought an Aquaguard water purifier from your
Trivandrum branch and it was installed on 28 th Jan. Mr Rakesh told me that he will hand over the guarantee card and instruction manual next day when he would call on ne to collect the payment. But, when I made the payment on 29 th, he said that he had not brought the operation manual and the guarantee card and promised to call on me on monday, 31 st and hand over them. But he did not come. When I phoned him up at about 5 pm, he said that he will definitely hand over them positively, first thing on tuesday 1 st Feb. To day is 3 rd and he has not cared to hand over the papers in spite of two calls each to Mr Rakesh personally as well as to your office.Now I feel that it was a mistake to have bought the equipment from you as I am apprehensive about your after sales service from my short experience. Please advise as to what I should do to get the papers. Abraham.
