Sir,

This is Suresh Kumar from Chennai.

This is regarding non receipt of Invoice for purchase of Aquaguard Booster till date.

I purchased the above mentioned product on 08.12.2010 through Mr.C.Lokesh (Sr.Customer Sales Specialist - Mobile No.9003947741) and his Manager (Mr.Punithan, Mobile No.9840537016).

While purchasing the product they promised that they will be offering free Gift (Travel Bag) and Life time service warranty for the product. Mr.C. Lokesh Informed me that I will be getting the Invoice with free gift (Travel Bag) within one week through courier.

The value of the product is Rs.9190/- and I paid Rs.2000 as advance in cash and I paid Rs.7190/- through my HDFC credit card. The Receipt number for cash payment is No.040474 dated 08.12.2010. I have not received any invoice or free gift or life time service warranty till date.

I am following up for the invoice and the gift for the past one month. Mr.C.Lokesh is not picking up the phone and when I call from different mobile number, he says that he will get back to me after checking the status. This is going on for the past one month.
When I call the Manager and even he tells me that he will get back. Nothing is happening.

This is really frustration for the customers like us. There is no proper response after purchasing the product. This shows NO SERVICE AFTER SALES.

Atleast these people must respond to our phone call. It is not matter of gift, if something is promised, they have to give it,

I have registered complaint with Eureka Forbes help line (complaint No.84235223), still no response.

No customers must not face these type of problems after purchasing the product. The customers must be satisfied for ever.

Please do the needful at the earliest.
