Complaint Details
I am residing in E-149, West Patel Nagar, and New Delhi-110008. I had purchased Reviva Eureka Forbes water purifier on 3.3.2010 from your sales man Mr. Santosh. Inspite of several requests to Madam Archna and Madam Lucky in Delhi for the same, till today I have not got computerized bill for this machine. Secondly, after 10-15 days purchasing Reviva, I had complaint for leaking tap of reviva. After several requests, the serviceman came to our house, but despite of replacing fixed with temporary solution water for leaking tap. Just after two- three months had passed, again tap started to leaking. More over water quality was also declined and taste really bad . I had contact to helpline and sent the service man at our home.
He said that the candle would be changed and by his technique, water leaking from tap was also sorted. He did not replaced the tap. I had requested to change the tap and candle. He said we charge money for candle and tap. Now, before 4-5 days, I had contact to helpline and Madam Lucky (area in charge (west Delhi/PRO), she also send the serviceman, again they said the tap cost is Rs. 230 and service charge/candle charge will be paid by you. I had always complaint about reviva tap but tap was not replaced by your company. Again and again, they forced us for taking AMC and charge money for tap. Really, I fed up for the service from your service center. They ignore the complaints and forced me for garbing the money to change the tap . I had registered many complaint for tap ( which was really cheapest tap). Kindly solve the problem immediately and protect us from cheating and grabing money by your service centre. Our Reviva is under warrenty till 2.3.2011.
