I have bought Acquagaurd RO TOTAL Model with Eureka Forbes and I have an AMC for two years from 01/072010 to 30.06.12. The equipment stop working on 30.01.2011. I have registered a complaint on 31.01.2011 and after a reminder daily no one turned up till date and call centre is very much non responsive and if at all responsive very irresponsible telling that they would send their service people but not sending them. I am very much agonised especially when my service complaint turned down even if I am having valid AMC with the Company paying Rs.6670/- and forced to buy Can Water outside with questionable purity thus putting the health of the family at risk.
