Greetings Sir/Madam, My name is Avdesh and i am facing awaful time with company call Tikona. As i had installed their new connection on 25th May 2014 just to make sure i get a good service. But that got totally opposite, on 29|05|2014 there was a strom and since then services was stopped which i understand for day or 2 but now it's been almost a 10 days and i don;t have even heard from them and when i ask for my money as they asked me to pay on advance they denied me to pay back . Please Help me
