Complaint Details
I bought MTS 3G plus usb modem/router (ZTE) from Mr. Sanjay Jain on 31st May. It was later found out that -
1. The modem/router is not fully compatible with my Apple laptop.
2. The connection speeds are inferior as compared to the ones promised speeds at the time of demonstration of the product.
3. Did not provide me a VAT paid bill of the modem I purchased for Rs. 1400.
4. Mr. Sanjay Jain has blacklisted my number (9610221999) so that I am not able to contact him.

I want him to -
1. Replace my existing faulty modem with the compatible one for my laptop.
2. Provide me a VAT paid bill for my purchase.
3. Pay for mental anguish and economic losses I suffered because of him not providing fully functional modem and timely support services.
