Dear Sir,



My self Himansu Sekhar Panigrahi, bought a i-10 having no-DL-4CAP-6385 from your dealer Deep Hyundai in January 2011.

Few months back it’s ac belt was torn, I went to Auto Tech Hyundai,Near Hanuman Mandir, Old Delhi Gurgaon Rd, Dundahera, Gurgaon, Haryana 122016
0124 404 3020 for repair. First day I left my car they took whole day but could not able to repair. Next day they call me, again took whole day and at last they replace it for which I paid though it was repairable.



During the replacement of that belt their technician broken one plate and all ac gasses gone out with a sound. It was happened in front of me and my friend. When I ask about that plate one guy called Mangal Sing told me that technician is not so good to handle so broken the plate so ac gas gone out. He told me, we will replace it by new plate. In evening when I bring my car, I found my ac was also not working. I than talked to Mangal Sing about the ac, he told me since plate has been broken and all gases has been gone out so when plate will be replaced ac will be ok. Again I left my car with then for replacement of the plate. They took 4 days to replace by saying spare is not available.



Again few days back when I check, my ac was not working I called them, he(mangal sing) told me that you left the car we will check and correct it.

Yesterday(29.05.2014) I left my car with them, whole day gone nothing happened and again he told me to bring on tomorrow(30.05.2014).



Today morning I went there he told me that you have to pay INR 3000/- for repair. I told them why should I pay for your fault.



Since last few days I am driving my car without ac where temp in Delhi is around 45 degrees.



In this case I don’t have any fault but I am being penalized for unskilled technician kept by Auto Tech who did all these mess up.



I have taken a huge pain for this.This huge temperture has meke me sick as I am driving car without ac.
Three mail I have sent to their customer care.No action taken till date.I attach all mail and service invoice
