Dear Sir,
I had placed an order on 12.05.2014 with purplle.com for Shahnaz Husain Shahnaz Forever Henna Precious Herb Mix (200 gm) (Pack of 3) x 1 Rs. 323(Price per unit).
It was supposed to be delivered by 19 May 2014. However it is still not delivered. Everytime i call their customer service team they are telling me the order will be delivered in next 7-10 days or i should cancel the order. After talking to them I feel i am done a mistake by placing an order with them. A consumer who has placed an order with an expected delivery date expects it to be honored.even if i cancel the order the time and efforts i have wasted with purplle' s customer service team is gone.I am highly disappointed.
