Complaint Details
I'd recharged my number 9791815658 as Rs 40 through Corp Bank ATM but it’s not recharged. That day i called your care, support executive said within 72 hours it'll refund to my main account. All it’s happened on 24th Jan 2014. I waited, but money did not refund. After, I shifted to some other network. Before, I put a complaint regarding this to bank. They also don’t care this. They cheated like anything. I won’t response properly. I’m having all the proofs. I request to you take actions for cheated and fraud companies. They thought is small amount, so customer won’t consider this one.
