Product delivered is duplicate not original which was promised on phone. Heating mode LEDs are always glowing so there isn't any heating mode. Called back on the phone number but no one is available. I tried multiple times but no answer. They say it is 2 year warrantee but it is all fake. I have seen complaints from other people for this company.
