Complaint Details
I have made a contract with Mr. C M Mahalingaiah, builder in my area and as per agreement he had to complete the house in 12 months time.

It is 18 months now and not completed.

Set backs are not as per drawing and regulatory standards.

No communication nor feed back since the start of the contract except sending photos of progress till Dec 2013,.

Work stopped since February 2014.

Causing trouble to me as I am an NRI.
