Complaint Details
I had deposited the cheque on 13th MAy in the ICICI Bank Bhandup Branch. My cheque drawee bank is Amravati Distric Central co-operative Bank, Karajgaon branch. My Cheque no was 738691. Amount is 2,50000/-. ICICI bank promises to clear the oustation cheque in 15 working days. but its alost a month now, my cheque is not cleared. Every time i call the phone banking officer promises the cheque gets now and then but still the amount is not cleared in my account. I checked with the drawee bank and said that the amount is cleared from the drawee bank. but ICICI is not clearing the same in my account.
