I placed a request for new videocon d2h connection as advised by the Videocon service representatives 4 days back (5th June 2014). I was promised to get the installation done in 24-48 hours worst case and so I paid one year subscription fee online. I still have not got any call from them regarding the status update. I called up their customer care hundred times and tried reaching their nodal/circle officers but nobody is picking up the phone. This company is running a very unprofessional and unethical business. Even if installing could take years, I just can't imagine about their after sale services.
