Complaint Details
I bought a Dell Inspiron 15R laptop on 29th October 2010. After few years latter my laptop adapter is failure in the year of 2014. After bring the charger it worked. One month before my laptop damaged and failure to run and operate cause of power fluctuations. The basic functionality of the ADAPTER [CHARGER] it controls the ~240v current to 19.5v current. But its failure to control the high volt current and it damage some internal part of computer to failure to run. Here adapter does not capable to functioning a role of adapter. Its seems likes a POOR QUALITY CHARGER/ADAPTER. I request to you to take some actions this in quality products against manufacture. They cheated in the terms of quality of the new product.
