Sir,

I had purchased I phone from the Mobile Store, 2906 (Landmark Hosur Road) with United India issued Theft Insurance on 23-Dec-2012

My phone IMEI number is 013276008366214

This Theft Insurance was facilitate to me from United India Insurance Company with policy no THINS1058134 dated 23/12/2012.

My mobile phone was stolen. I went to the Mobile Store, for claiming the phone against my Theft Insurance policy.

Mobile Store said that they are unable to get the clearance for such Theft Insurance from United India for the last several months and expressed their inability to help me and indicated that I should approach United India directly for my claim amount.

This all makes me feel bad that I purchased the handset from Mobile Store and United India should help Mobile Store in order to get my claim settled at earliest.

I have attached all the documents which are related for my claim policy.Similar document has been sent through courier

Please help me ASAP
