I vijay singh kiroriwal s/o S ukhlal kiroriwal permanent resident of Chak 16 SLW tehsil TIBBI district Hanumangarh(rajasthan) has online booked a ubislate 7C tablet computer on date 26 june 2012.
I have got a confirmation email on my email id. In this confirmation order it is clearly wrote that if I will make advance payment than I will get a prioritized delivery by third week of august 2012.
So I have sent datawind a Demand draft of HDFC bank of rupees 4500/-. with DD number 001275 dated 27-06-2012 with registered post. I have got confirmation email from datawind company that my money has reached successfully to company.
I have sent sevral REMINDERS to datawind company to send tablet but all in vain. I also made more than 28 times call to company call center number 1800-180-2180 , company assured me every time that we will send tablet very soon but till today you have not send tablet. i have won case from consumer court also but company appealed in state consumer court. in tnis way company is misusing my very important time. datawind company should provide me 7000 rupees as according to court decision or provide me tablet of worth seven thousand.
