I would like to share my experience with SuKam customer service , Our old inverter was not able to charge batteries , so I asked for repair , instead of repair , it was appearing better if it is replaced with some better inverter, the dealer emphasized on Sine wave inverter which saves appliances and saves electricity. SO , he brought Sukam 1500 va Shiny inverter for exchange , so that problem would be solved for longer duration.
Just with in 4-5 days, it started creating problems, the dealer checked inverter and batteries and found the inverter is not charging batteries, so asked to call customer care. The new inverter if has problem within a week, the quality is definitely outdated and not reliable for durability. This poor product of SU-KAM is still lying in our vicinity , the customer care registered complaint on 7-6-2014 in the evening with complaint ID 15062767389 and serial number is 50503A11712504140092. The customer care number 18001024423 was very difficult to call as waiting for almost half an hour then call is attended after checking your patience. It was told that this call will be attended within 24 hours, but on repeated calling for help , no concrete reply was given , but false promises of , the technician will attend the call. It was told that the complaint has been allocated to the service engineer and he will attend the complaint within 24 hours . On repeated requests , no one has attended so far , at this very Heat of Summer of persistent 46-48 degree temp and frequent power failures, it is becoming a hell situation for all relying on SUKAM inverter, it should be named as DUKHI KAM inverter , with worst customer care and no service for many days even after repeated requests.
Its customer care assurances means nothing but befooling the customer and at this peak of summer and frequent power failure, the purpose of inverter is badly experienced with SUKAM or DUKHIKAM inverters , this DUKHIKAM inverters should never be purchased , as the most unreliable and invalid for customer care with the most inferior quality of products.
Please bear in mind the practical with this inverter company , and NEVER PURCHASE SUKAM INVERTERS, which will make u feel bad after purchasing or dealing with customer care for any grievances.
I am a senior citizen , and cannot run after the dealer or company ,but can rely on commitment. I feel cheated and unable to do anything at this hour when myself an old man and my wife who is very sick and we need standby power supply for daily needs and convenience.
