I have purchased a water purifier (atom RO) from Eureka forbes in the last week of Dec., 2010. Since then the machine had worked hardly 15 days. After several reminders, their technician came to my house and even repalced the machine. But still I am facing the same problem. Technical person told that the product is not upto the mark. (the same opinion given by Mumbai dealers also) I have requested the AP head (Mr. Saiam) to replace the machine with another (Reviva), but they are not listening. My old parents are simply suffering with the issue.
