Complaint Details
I bought a Water purifier. After 2 months in is not working now.
1. No response to online request I submitted through their website (they do not provide any request number)
2. Agent (Mr. Kumar) who sold it, is not attending the calls after mis-leading for 4-5 days
3. There have been 3 months, I have not got my free gift (travel bag) as comitted.
