I had purchased one Water purifier on 18 Jan 2011, through sales man named Mr Harkesh for Rs 17900. Harkesh confirmed that their office is therre at Ambala and all services shall be provided at Ambala.After purchasing when contcting Ambala office for instalation of newly purchased unit, Eureka Forbes refused to do so. After contacting Delhi office and intense debate, unit was installed on 07 Feb 2011. Now unit is not functioning and no water output is there. First time mechanic came and found that certain loose connections were there and PCB was repaired. Within one day it again got defective. Mechanic came after lot of debate with Delhi office. This time again connectors and sensors were defective. Now unit has again become defective. Local office is not responding on pretext that they are not responsible as it not purchased from them, and Delhi office has washed off it's hands, saying Ambala offcei will do the Job. Mr Harkesh was contacted but of no avail. Mr Nautiyal now says that he is not reponsible as he did not sell the unit. Miss Suman remains missing from office and no one is there to attend calls. Miss Lucky regrets that she is not dealing with case. My money has been plundered by falsified advertisemens and wrong statement by Eureka Forbes salesman. They claim all Inidia network of Customer Care but it is totlly false.After selling expensive defective unit they collectively now shrugging their reponsibilty of providing service.
