I am writing because of my disappointment with the service department of Eureka Forbes. We have an Aquaguard Booster water Purifier. For the past few days it’s not working. As written on the receipt I have called the Eureka Forbes Customer Care Number (39883333) for service on 2nd of February. On that day the Customer care executive told me that your request to service is registered and the service person will come to you with in 24 to 48 hours. Till now no person has come or contacted me.

Because of this problem I have called again on 7th of February 3 times. The executive told me he has forwarded the request and on that day only the service person will come to your home. No service person showed up. So on 10th of February I have called again. The Customer care executive took my address and told me that the service person will come with in few hours. Still no one has come.
