I have purchased Aquaguard RO System from Eureka forbes through their Office in Raipur. The same was delivered at my Residence. As the Technician did not bring original bill, i made a part payment and paid the balance amount in their Regional office. After 10 months my RO system has stopped working. I have called the Technician of Eureka forbes (Jabalpur) for Rectification, as per him the RO system is not Original Product of Eureka Forbes. He has refused to take up any repair and has advised us to Lodge Compliant with concerned. As we have not received any response from Raipur office of Eureka Forbes, I request you to please help me in this regard. I got transfered to Damoh in MP in Dec 2010 and cannot followup this issue at Raipur office in person.
