Dear Sir,
We had bought Aquagurad TOTAL from your Sri Ganganagar Distributor on April 2009. Because of poor installation it had fallen after 11 months and broken it's installation studs. I had requested at distributor's office. They had fixed it on wall as temporarily and promised to change the damaged one as soon as possible but it was not done. Then I also complainted at jaipur customer care to change the damaged body they assured me that our Sri ganganagar distributor will take necessary action to change the same. Still it's not done. Find the attached Pics of damaged parts and do the needful asap.
