Complaint Details
I have bought Taxhelp - software for Incometax with a licence for one year from Jan 2011 to Oct 2011 vide invoice No SSPL/GST/10-11/0234. THE SOFTWARE IS UPDATED EVERY QUARTER. THE RECENT QUARTER IS JANUARY 2011. SO FAR I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE JANUARY 2011 UPDATE CD. I HAVE SENT MANY EMAILS WHICH ARE OF NO AVAIL. EVEN I HAVE INFORMED THEM I MAY BE CONSTRAINED TO GO CONSUMER FORUM. EVEN FOR THIS THEY DO NOT RESPOND. PLEASE DO THE NEEDFUL
