Hi,
As I've mentioned in my previous 6 mails starting from 24-Dec-2012, & I've NOT got the answer for the following questions yet:-
1) PLEASE PRODUCE THE CALL LOG OR MAIL WHERE I've ASKED AIRTEL TO RESUME THE CONNECTION on 06-AUG-2012 .
2) When I REQUESTED to get it the connection DISCONNECTED PERMANENTLY then WHY my number was TEMPORARY DISCONNECTED on 03-August-2012 & NOT permanently disconnected ? The 'attached' mail confirmation from Airtel NEVER said its going to get disconnected TEMPORARILY!
Airtel failed to communicate to me that the service is resumed..
3) WHY it was RESUMED on 06-August-2012 ?
I've also mentioned, in past Airtel charged me twice for several months THRICE before accepting & returning it.. I am sure, it the complete FAILURE of Airtel's various department to interact & communicate among them self OR its a new means to EXTRACT money from customer..
Since I've produced all the evidences & wrote some 6-8 mail from 24-Dec-12, till date NO concrete answer came from Airtel. It seems Airtel does not want to investigate its own failure & simply shooting mails. I'll NOT PAY any thing to Airtel & have decided to move this matter to consumer court.
