i had requested vodafone to change my tariif plan in Jan when I was at vodafone store at ghatkopar. I had informed them that i will be nasik for few months they said the tariff plan will change within 48 hours. after couple of days when i reached nasik i found my tariff plan was not changed and i kept following up with the customer care on 111 & 9820098200 even when my 1 year old son was in hospital. i followed all the process they advised me and they said the ghatkopar store will call me back. till dte i have not received any calls. I have dropped so many emails but i have not recieved any replies. I am tired of following up in my emrgency situations as well. they customer care team keeps me hold and disconnect or gives me half information, the seniors donot take my call when i request and then they keep asking me to make payments. I am tired of this attitude
