The Eureka Forbes officials are a bunch of liars,never keep up to their promises,after 7 days they are unable to attend a complaint, don't bother to pick up the phones.Out of the bunch of liars,two are:-Mr.Shome Shankar,service coordinater Mumbai and his colleague Mr.Manoj Patel.The service centre Kavyanjali,Thakur Village,Kandivali (East),Mumbai 400101 only responds when contract has to be renewed or else they are not available for servicing.When you ask for servicing under the contract,they offer exchange plans.I had registered a complaint for servicing my aquaguard classic model on 6/2/2011.Till date that is 12/02/2011 and 200 phone calls later I am still waiting for their service engineer who was supposed to arrive within 48 hours.Such is the pathetic and deplorable state of affairs.
