Complaint Details
I deposited 2 cheques in separate envelopes at their D. N. Road Branch ATM on 1 October 2009. Received credit to my account after follow up with the bank on 9 November 2009. This delay is unacceptable to me I have written 2 letters to the bank, who have treated the matter in a casual manner. What should I do. I tried to send you email on cfbp@mtnl.net.in twice but I received a failure notice from the system. Is this e-mail address correct.
